Graduate Trainee – Automation Technician

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program as Automation Technician Trainees. The role offers hands‑on experience across key business functions and exposure to meaningful projects within the beverage manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through various operational areas to gain a broad understanding of automation processes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of automation equipment.
• Assist senior engineers with troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities.
• Participate in projects that improve efficiency and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Automation or Electrical engineering (or related) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
