Graduate Trainee – Electrical (Port Moresby)

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking recent graduates or final‑year students to join its Graduate Development Program as an Electrical Graduate Trainee. This 12‑month programme offers hands‑on experience across key business functions, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to real projects that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to gain a broad understanding of the business.
• Support electrical and automation projects, assisting with design, testing, and implementation.
• Analyse data and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Participate in training sessions and leadership development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work across various PNG locations.
• Passion for continuous learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
