About the role

Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking recent graduates or final‑year students in Applied Physics (Mechanical, Automation or Electrical) to join its Graduate Development Program as a Mechanical Graduate Trainee based in Lae. The position provides a structured development pathway, offering hands‑on experience across key business functions and the chance to contribute to one of the world’s leading beverage companies. Successful candidates will rotate through engineering, production and supply‑chain teams, gaining practical insights and building a professional network within the company. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Lae, with opportunities to travel to other PNG facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Internship or relevant work experience (advantageous).
• Willingness to travel and work across various PNG locations.
