HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will be the key HR lead at the factory in Madang, partnering with operations and factory teams. This role covers end‑to‑end HR processes, people strategy, performance management and compliance, driving cultural transformation across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Senior People Partner to align the People agenda with the Global People Strategy.
• Support people leaders and employees on complex employee‑relations matters, conduct investigations and provide coaching.
• Administer HR documentation (new joiners, moves, promotions) using SuccessFactors.
• Ensure smooth appointments, salary changes and promotions, providing guidance on remuneration.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage workplace issues such as grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Previous experience working in a factory environment dealing with employees and leaders.
