Intelligence & Security Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investigation & Security Officer to lead daily security operations, conduct internal and external investigations, and manage risk across multiple sites. The role ensures compliance, vendor performance, and the safety of personnel, facilities, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external investigations into security incidents, fraud, misconduct and policy breaches, preserving crime scenes and maintaining chain of custody.
• Oversee daily security operations including access control, surveillance systems, guard deployment and security of critical areas such as loading bays and warehouses.
• Monitor contracted security providers to ensure compliance with KPIs and contractual terms.
• Perform threat analyses, vulnerability audits and property‑level risk assessments to proactively protect assets.
• Maintain, test and update emergency response and crisis management protocols, coordinating regular evacuation drills.
• Develop and enforce security policies and SOPs, conduct internal audits and provide performance reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management or related field; additional certifications in crisis/emergency management are a plus.
• 5‑8 years of supervisory security experience in multi‑site operations.
• Strong investigative background with experience in evidence preservation, chain‑of‑custody protocols and collaboration with legal and law‑enforcement teams.
• Practical knowledge of local security laws, compliance requirements and occupational safety standards.
