National Sales Manager

About the role

The National Sales Manager will lead our sales operations across Papua New Guinea, driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, statutory authorities and private‑sector employers. This senior position combines field work with strategic planning, reporting directly to the CEO and executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales units throughout PNG to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop and protect key payroll relationships with government, statutory bodies and private employers.
• Secure new employer agreements and generate sustainable business pipelines.
• Coach sales managers and team leaders, holding each unit accountable for performance.
• Improve pipeline conversion, customer follow‑up and application quality.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on growth opportunities and sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales manager or business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Organised, reliable and able to follow through on commitments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with government staff, payroll teams and private‑sector clients.
• Comfortable coaching teams, setting standards and addressing under‑performance.
• High energy, resilience and willingness to work both in the office and in the field.
