Product Manager – High Value Customer

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a results‑driven Product Manager to lead the High Value Customer (HVC) segment. Reporting to the Head of Product & Segment, you will shape offers, loyalty programmes and engagement strategies that drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition, retention and growth initiatives for HVCs in line with the overall HVC strategy.
• Design, launch and manage exclusive HVC offers, bundles and loyalty programmes to increase engagement and value.
• Analyse customer usage patterns, spending behaviour and profitability to uncover growth and retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with CVM and Customer Care teams to enhance the end‑to‑end HVC experience.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ARPU, churn and lifetime value.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in customer segmentation, product management or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience managing prepaid and postpaid customer segments.
• Experience using customer data to support segmentation, retention and value‑growth initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship management focus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
