Project Manager – Warehouse Repair (Papua New Guinea)

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of repairs for an existing warehouse (CFS) in Papua New Guinea. This role requires relocation to the project site and will involve managing all phases of construction, from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with senior management.
• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on‑site.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, MEP, QA/QC, and HSE professionals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design and site issues.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
