Sales & Distribution Administrator

About the role

The Sales & Distribution Administrator provides high‑level administrative support to the Consumer Sales team, acting as the operational backbone of the division. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the role streamlines daily activities and facilitates communication across regional, retail and dealer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organized repositories for sales contracts, dealer agreements, distribution policies and strategic plans.
• Facilitate onboarding of new sales personnel, coordinate training sessions and manage team distribution lists.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact between the CSO’s office, Regional Sales Managers, retail partners and external distributors.
• Assist in collating, formatting and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing and Customer Operations to ensure smooth cross‑departmental sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of executive‑level administrative experience, preferably in telecommunications or fast‑paced corporate sales.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential commercial information with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with ERP/reporting tools.
