Senior Account Director - Marketing & Brand

About the role

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Account Director to own a major corporate account in Papua New Guinea. You will be the central link between senior client stakeholders and a multidisciplinary team delivering brand and marketing strategy, integrated campaigns and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior marketing and executive stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of the client’s business, brand, customers and commercial priorities.
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing initiatives, campaigns and briefs.
• Lead projects from concept through execution, coordinating strategy, creative, digital, social, production and project management teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring quality, timeliness and client service.
• Provide proactive ideas, insights and recommendations while resolving issues quickly.
• Support regional relationships across PNG, Australia and other Pacific markets.

Required profile

• Senior account management or marketing leadership experience, preferably with major corporate accounts.
• Strong knowledge of brand and marketing strategy and experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent project management, organisational capability and ability to handle a high volume of concurrent work.
• Commercial awareness, ability to engage credibly with senior executives and drive client retention.
• Financial services or banking sector exposure is advantageous but not essential.
