Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager

About the role

Vodafone Business is seeking a senior leader to own portfolio marketing for its Connectivity, Unified Communications and Managed Services offerings. You will shape the product marketing vision, drive growth and ensure the portfolio is positioned effectively across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Take accountability as the lead point‑of‑contact for Connectivity & Unified Communications portfolio marketing, delivering timely activities.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing product marketing team, fostering engagement, performance and wellbeing.
• Partner with Portfolio Leads and local marketing teams to create and execute annual portfolio marketing plans.
• Define and maintain product positioning aligned with Vodafone Business brand, translating deep product knowledge into clear messaging.
• Produce buyer‑enabled content such as presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, videos and interactive tools.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing functions to design solutions that meet customer needs.
• Grow relationships with technology partners (e.g., Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, RingCentral) to enrich portfolio offerings.

Required profile

• Significant B2B product marketing experience focused on Connectivity and/or Unified Communications.
• Proven track record developing positioning and messaging for complex portfolios, including managed services.
• Deep understanding of the Connectivity/Unified Communications market landscape and customer challenges across multiple segments.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and influence within a matrix organisation.
• Passion for coaching and developing a direct team, with concrete examples of success.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
