Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of its Connectivity, Unified Communications and Managed Services portfolios for Vodafone Business. You will shape the product marketing vision, create compelling positioning and drive growth across a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end portfolio marketing strategy for Connectivity and Unified Communications, including managed services.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing product marketing team, fostering engagement, performance and wellbeing.
• Partner with Portfolio Leads, local marketing teams and product owners to deliver annual marketing plans.
• Define and maintain product positioning aligned with Vodafone Business brand.
• Create buyer‑enabled content such as presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, videos and interactive tools.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and strategy.
• Manage relationships with technology partners (Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, RingCentral) to enrich portfolio offerings.

Required profile

• Significant B2B product marketing experience focused on Connectivity and/or Unified Communications.
• Proven track record of developing positioning and messaging based on data and market insights.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and ability to influence across a matrix organisation.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
