Strategy and Transformation Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to help clients navigate complex business challenges through data‑driven, creative and technology‑enabled solutions. You will work at the intersection of strategic consulting, digital architecture and business knowledge to design and deliver impactful transformation initiatives. The approach is informed and validated by science and data, super‑powered by creativity and design, and underpinned by purposeful technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks across transformation projects.
• Prepare and drive implementation activities while guiding clients through change.
• Take ownership of delivering project components and lead client meetings to meet objectives.
• Explore and integrate digital architecture solutions as part of the consulting process.
• Participate in internal initiatives that contribute to the firm’s development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business or Information Technology.
• Previous experience in consulting or leading industry firms (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Self‑starter with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Decisive, result‑oriented with a strong interest in technology’s impact on business and society.
• Strong work ethic and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
