About the role
Quantexa is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to lead the development and execution of its global sustainability strategy. The role will translate the company’s ESG commitments into actionable programmes, measurable outcomes and regular reporting for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of Quantexa’s global sustainability strategy, turning commitments into clear programmes and measurable results.
- Monitor emerging ESG legislation, reporting requirements, international standards and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify, develop and coordinate initiatives that reduce environmental impact across energy use, carbon emissions, waste, business travel, supply‑chain and office performance.
- Set and maintain sustainability objectives, targets, KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting on progress, risks and improvement areas to senior management.
- Collaborate with functions such as operations, procurement, facilities and supplier management to embed sustainability considerations into planning and decision‑making.
- Support the development of long‑term environmental commitments and transition plans using reliable data and recognised methodologies.
- Implement, maintain and improve Quantexa’s ISO 14001 Environmental Management System in the UK and Spain, coordinating internal audits and management reviews.
- Maintain and regularly review the company’s environmental aspects and impacts assessment.
Required profile
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting and environmental management.
- Ability to work across multiple business functions and influence decision‑making.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Familiarity with ESG legislation, reporting standards and sustainability metrics.
