Trade Implementation Manager (Lae)

About the role

The Trade Implementation Manager will lead the execution of trade initiatives for our sales team in Lae, aligning activities with sales and marketing strategies. You will strengthen customer service, enhance brand presence, and drive continuous improvement across key processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade implementation activities to meet sales and marketing expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and brand visibility.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Well‑presented, personable professional able to work independently.
• 8‑10 years of management experience, preferably in sales or logistics.
• Background in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong business acumen and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MSD CRM software.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Skilled in PowerPoint for presentations.
