Trade Marketing Representative – Mt Hagen

About the role

Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Trade Marketing Representative to join its sales team in Mt Hagen, Western Highlands Province. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving brand visibility and growing sales for some of PNG’s most trusted brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners.
• Execute trade marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in‑store displays.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability in stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify compliance with brand standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Prepare reports on trade performance, promotions and field insights.

Required profile

• Experience in trade marketing, sales or FMCG environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an account effectively.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid Class 6 driver’s licence.
• Recent graduates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
