Videographer & Graphic Designer for PNG Community Engagement

About the role

The Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) program seeks a skilled visual communications professional to create compelling video and graphic design content that supports strategic communication objectives across PNG. You will work closely with the communications team to translate complex ideas into audience‑focused visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality video productions, photography and graphic design assets for BCEP initiatives.
• Collaborate with communications staff to ensure content aligns with awareness, engagement and behavior‑change goals.
• Manage projects from concept through delivery, including scripting, shooting, editing and final production.
• Travel throughout Papua New Guinea to capture footage and images that reflect local contexts.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Creative visual communications professional with extensive experience producing video, photography and graphic design for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to translate strategic messages into clear, impactful visual narratives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Tok Pisin.
• Willingness to travel widely across PNG.

Required skills

• Proficiency in video production, photography and graphic design.
• Experience with industry‑standard production and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
