Advertising Store Officer

About the role

The Advertising Store Officer will manage the advertising store and warehouse, ensuring promotional materials and point‑of‑sale assets are stored safely, tracked accurately, and distributed efficiently to support trade‑marketing activities across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the advertising store and warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate issuance, dispatch, and nationwide distribution of promotional materials and POS assets.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment.
• Track all asset movements to ensure visibility and control.
• Support trade‑marketing campaigns by preparing, packing, and deploying promotional items.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and asset utilization reports.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless brand activation.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 2–5 years experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic store‑keeping and inventory handling abilities.
• High level of integrity and honesty.
