About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding’s Air Freight Import team in Port Moresby as an Air Freight Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end import process, ensuring accurate documentation, invoicing and dispute resolution while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a range of shipment‑related activities for air freight imports.
• Prepare and verify all import documentation to guarantee compliance.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely dispute resolution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout each step of the import process.
• Drive profitability on each job file by monitoring costs and revenue.

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service in the air freight sector.
• Background in operational administration with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
