About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding’s Air Freight Import Department in Port Moresby as an Air Freight Specialist. You will manage end‑to‑end import shipments, ensuring accurate invoicing, dispute resolution and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a range of shipment‑related activities for air freight imports, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ensure precise invoicing and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Drive profitability on each job file while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless import processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of air import processes, regulations and operational administration.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience across diverse client types.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
