Multiple Civil Construction Roles – Project Management, Engineering & Trades

About the role

Hebou Construction (PNG) Limited is expanding its workforce to support major infrastructure projects across Papua New Guinea. We are hiring for a wide range of positions, from senior project managers and engineers to skilled tradespeople and support staff. Candidates should be ready to work in remote, project‑based environments and share our commitment to safety, quality, and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site safety systems, conduct inspections and audits, and deliver safety training (HSE Officers).
• Perform accurate site measurements, prepare cost estimates, support tender processes, and verify site data (Estimators & Surveyors).
• Conduct competency assessments and ensure compliance with PNG training standards (VOC Assessors).
• Manage fleet and plant maintenance, coordinate workshop schedules, and ensure operational efficiency (Workshop Manager).
• Oversee civil construction activities, supervise crews, and maintain high workmanship standards (Supervisors, Site Engineers, Civil Superintendents).

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications and proven experience in large‑scale civil construction or related trades.
• Ability to work in remote, project‑based settings with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Good communication, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Project Management Software.
