Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to provide break‑and‑fix support across enterprise infrastructure environments on a freelance, on‑call basis. The role involves both onsite and remote troubleshooting, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote break‑and‑fix support for networking and infrastructure incidents.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism) and perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Respond to critical incidents within agreed response times and collaborate with global and regional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering.
• Valid CCNA certification.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Nutanix ecosystem and familiarity with VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Professional communication skills and fluency in English.
