About the role
The Project Administration Officer provides essential administrative and coordination support to the CSC team and project specialists, ensuring smooth project operations and compliance with reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the CSC Team Leader, including filing, document control, and correspondence management.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of project reports such as inception, quarterly, semi‑annual, and completion reports.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, handling agendas, minutes, and logistics.
- Support financial and contract administration by processing invoices, tracking claims, and maintaining budget records.
- Offer administrative support to social, environmental, and gender specialists, maintaining registers for grievances, consultations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate coordination among international experts, national specialists, PMU/PPL staff, and contractors, tracking action items and follow‑up tasks.
