DT Global · Port Moresby

- Produce practical, credible and decision-useful products for TSSP3 performance reporting and organisational learning.
Required profile
- Experienced evaluation professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in complex development evaluations, performance studies or contribution-focused case studies.
- Strong MERLA/MEAL knowledge, evaluating institutional, policy, governance and systems change, capability and sustainability.
- Ability to turn Terms of Reference into evaluation plans, sampling strategies, stakeholder maps and research tools.
- Advanced qualitative research and consultation skills, with government and senior stakeholder experience in PNG or comparable Pacific contexts.
- Knowledge of locally led development and ability to embed GEDSI, disability inclusion, safeguarding, climate change and disaster resilience in evaluations.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and qualitative/data analysis tools.
- Excellent English and cross-cultural communication.
- Familiarity with Australian Government/DFAT performance and reporting standards is highly desirable.
