Underground Diamond Exploration Driller

About the role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Diamond Drillers and Diamond Drilling Supervisors to support ongoing mining and exploration drilling operations in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling services while contributing to project objectives and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain diamond drilling rigs.
• Deliver quality core samples and achieve drilling targets.
• Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Adhere to site safety standards and operational procedures.
• For supervisors: lead drilling crews, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and prepare operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven diamond drilling experience in underground and/or surface operations.
• At least 2 years of drilling experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical, safety, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in remote mining environments.
