Senior Business Development Manager - Telecoms

About the role

We are looking for a senior business development professional to lead enterprise sales growth for a leading telecommunications and technology services provider in Papua New Guinea. You will work autonomously, building relationships with senior corporate decision‑makers and delivering integrated ICT solutions to the country’s largest businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across enterprise telecommunications, connectivity, cloud, infrastructure and mobility services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior corporate decision‑makers.
• Identify, negotiate and close new enterprise sales opportunities.
• Expand service penetration within existing corporate accounts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities and represent the organisation in the PNG corporate community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecommunications or ICT enterprise sales.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic international market.
