Graduate Trainee – Quality Control Technician

About the role

We are seeking recent graduates or final‑year students in Food Technology to join our Graduate Development Program as Quality Control Technicians in Lae, PNG. The role offers hands‑on experience across key business functions within Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support quality control activities across production sites.
• Conduct analytical testing and data recording.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem‑solving related to product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and travel to various PNG locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
