About the role

SMEC is seeking a qualified BIM / Digital Engineering Officer to support an upcoming Feasibility Study (FS) for a road/infrastructure project in the Solomon Islands. The successful candidate will join the project team and help implement digital engineering approaches throughout the study.

Key responsibilities

Support the project team in implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Implement digital engineering and model coordination
Manage spatial data and digital information workflows
Apply BIM and digital engineering methods throughout the feasibility study

Required profile

University degree in civil engineering, IT, GIS or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM implementation or GIS integration for infrastructure projects
Fluent writing and speaking English is mandatory
