Data Entry Specialist

About the role

The Data Entry Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Minj. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining inventory, order, vendor and customer data in the company’s databases and spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data related to inventory, orders, vendors and customers.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy and perform routine quality checks.
• Organise digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with administrative and customer‑service teams to support order processing and respond to data‑related inquiries.
• Prepare basic reports or summaries as required.

Required profile

• Strong typing and data‑entry speed with high accuracy.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills for internal coordination.
• Experience in data entry, office administration or a similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional office‑administration training is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of database or spreadsheet tools.
