End User Service Team Leader

About the role

The End User Service Team Leader will be based in Lae, PNG, providing on‑site technical support and asset management for end users. The role involves diagnosing complex issues, performing equipment installations, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with service level expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve end‑user incidents that require on‑site physical intervention, including asset management and hands‑on assistance.
• Implement CCEP BPT End User Services Strategy through effective technical change management and process improvement.
• Manage end‑user expectations, service levels, and security compliance for assets.

Required profile

• Well‑presented, personable, and efficient with the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Modern Workplace technologies in a similar sized environment.
• Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.

Required skills

• Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Technical knowledge of Cisco network equipment, Active Directory, TCP/IP routing and switching.
• Proficiency in workstation and mobile hardware support.
