Forklift Operator – Supply Chain (POM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of SPB products to depots and customers, supporting the production team with on‑time in‑full (OTIF) supply.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, load and dispatch all planned daily orders promptly.
• Maintain stock rotation (FIFO & LIFO) across locations.
• Accurately pick stocks from specified lots/batches as directed by depot clerks or supervisors.
• Support production by supplying raw and packaging materials and unloading full beer pallets.
• Keep precise records of materials supplied and returned.
• Adhere to forklift safety standards within the brewery and maintain general housekeeping.

Required profile

• Grade 10‑12 certificate (preferred) with relevant on‑the‑job experience.
• Valid Class 7 forklift driver’s licence.
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety operations and warehouse/inventory management.
• Highly organized, result‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
• Police clearance.
