Graduate Trainee – Logistics (PNG)

About the role

Join the Graduate Development Program at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners PNG as a Logistics Graduate Trainee. You will embark on a structured pathway that provides hands‑on experience across key logistics, S&OP and commercial functions while working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core logistics and supply‑chain activities to gain practical exposure.
• Support data analysis and problem‑solving tasks within S&OP and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior leaders on meaningful business projects.
• Travel to and work across various locations in Papua New Guinea as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel and work across PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
