ICT Service Operations Specialist

About the role

Kina Bank is looking for a motivated ICT Service Operations Specialist to join its IT Operations team. Reporting to the General Manager IT Operations, you will ensure the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the bank's IT services and technology assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end incident and problem management, including major incident coordination and post‑incident reviews.
• Maintain the Problem Register and Known Error Database to improve resolution efficiency.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets – procurement, deployment, maintenance, renewals, redeployment, and disposal.
• Ensure software licensing compliance and optimise asset utilisation.
• Develop service‑management reporting, dashboards, KPIs and SLA performance reports.
• Coordinate IT Operations and SLA review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex service issues and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computing, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service operations, incident/problem management, or IT asset management.
