About the role
World Vision Papua New Guinea is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to strengthen employee capabilities and support organisational growth. The role will design and deliver learning strategies aligned with the agency’s mission to serve vulnerable children.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the National Office Talent Programs in line with regional guidelines.
- Create and execute the Annual Capacity Building Plan in partnership with senior management and department heads.
- Facilitate workshops and trainings on People & Culture, organisational development and change management.
- Manage the Talent Pool, individual development plans and SAP Academy nominations.
- Lead staff engagement initiatives, including the Our Voice Survey and staff care programmes.
- Oversee new‑staff orientation and support the full performance management cycle in Workday.
- Serve as the focal point for learning needs, liaise with internal and external training providers, and supervise assigned staff.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in People & Culture management and staff development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a professional P&C certification.
- At least two years of P&C experience in a country office setting.
- Proven ability to work with multicultural teams and deliver cross‑cultural development programmes.
