Trade Marketing Representative (Mendi)

About the role

Paradise Foods Limited is looking for an energetic Trade Marketing Representative to join its sales team in Mendi, Southern Highlands Province. The role focuses on executing trade marketing activities, strengthening relationships with trade partners, and ensuring the company’s brands are highly visible and readily available in stores.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners.
• Execute trade marketing plans, promotions and sales activities across the assigned territory.
• Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in‑store displays.
• Monitor stock levels and support consistent product availability across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand and merchandising standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Gather field insights and provide regular reports on trade performance and promotional activities.
• Support the Sales Team in achieving territory sales and distribution objectives.

Required profile

• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in trade marketing, sales, retail or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid Class 6 driver’s licence and intermediate computer skills.
