職務概要

マッチングサービスのUI/UXデザイナーとして、ユーザー理解に基づくデザイン全般を担当します。PMやPO、エンジニアと連携し、サービスの成長を支えるデザインを創出します。

主な業務内容

スマートフォンアプリやWebサービスのUI・UX設計、ワイヤーフレーム・プロトタイプ作成
サービス内アイコンやバナーなどのクリエイティブ制作
社内へのデザイン共有と設計意図の伝達、Webコーディングによる実装
マーケティング・カスタマーサクセスチームとの連携によるグロースハック

求める人物像

PM・PO・エンジニアとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク
サービス立ち上げからデザイン制作に関わった経験がある方
複数案件を同時に進めるスピード感と効率性を持つ方

必須スキル

HTML・CSS を用いた商用ウェブデザイン・開発（2年以上）
Photoshop、Illustrator、Adobe XD、Sketch を使用した UI/ビジュアルデザイン（2年以上）
InVision を用いたプロトタイプ作成経験
KPI・ファネル分析による UI/UX 改善提案経験
Git、GitHub、ZenHub、Slack などの開発・協業ツール使用経験
