CSG Billing Coordinator

About the role

The CSG Billing Coordinator oversees activation and billing processes for Postpaid GSM, ICT/Enterprise, and TV services, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery in line with contracts and pricing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly bill runs, perform pre‑ and post‑bill checks, and ensure bills are sent to customers within the first two days of the cycle.
• Manage activations, suspensions and disconnections, enforce SLA compliance, and maintain accurate checklists.
• Monitor billing accuracy, identify errors or fraud risk, and work with IT to resolve system issues.
• Handle billing queries, disputes and credit notes, maintaining logs and reducing underlying causes.
• Extract data from the Singleview database using SQL, produce month‑end reports, and provide updates on contracts and churn.
• Support collections by ensuring correct dunning rules and processing approved suspensions.
• Lead a small team, conduct performance reviews, coach staff and develop succession plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in billing, activations or customer operations, preferably telecom.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a small team.
• Hands‑on experience with billing and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient SQL querying (SELECT, joins, filters, aggregations).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
