IT Compliance & Assurance Specialist

About the role

Kina Bank is looking for a proactive IT Compliance & Assurance Specialist to strengthen its technology governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain PCI DSS certification. You will work independently to assess controls, manage policies, and support audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance IT governance and compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS.
• Develop, review, and manage IT policies, standards, and staff acknowledgements.
• Perform IT control assurance activities such as control testing, ITGC assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate compliance assessments, audit engagements, vendor compliance monitoring, and PCI DSS certification readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, Audit, or Information Security.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audit processes, and control remediation.

Required skills

• PCI DSS compliance and certification.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, and ITIL frameworks.
• Understanding of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and IT General Controls (ITGC).
