Leadership Program Manager

About the role

Digicel Pacific is looking for a dynamic Leadership Program Manager to drive the design, implementation and supervision of its Foundation’s leadership and wellbeing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in delivering programs such as Men of Honour, Community Grants and 3L Staff Grants, ensuring they align with the Foundation’s strategic plan and create lasting community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, development and delivery of leadership and wellbeing programs.
• Manage program implementation, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with government, corporate, donor and community stakeholders.
• Oversee monitoring, evaluation and reporting to measure impact and satisfy stakeholder requirements.
• Administer the Foundation’s grants program, including recipient engagement, reporting and compliance.
• Design and facilitate training, workshops and capacity‑building initiatives, notably the Men of Honour program.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to Program Officers and other staff.
• Represent the Foundation at stakeholder meetings, events and partnership forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in a program‑manager role.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities to coordinate program targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining focus on delivery.
• Conceptual thinking to translate complex issues into actionable steps.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
