Executive Manager Shared Services

About the role

Easy Skill is seeking an Executive Manager Shared Services to join the senior leadership team in Port Moresby. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Shared Services Division, covering Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, Investigations, and Communications & Branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Shared Services strategy and operational activities aligned with the corporate plan.
• Establish a service culture with policies and procedures that ensure high‑quality support to internal customers.
• Drive compliance and governance by implementing systems, policies, and processes that meet legislative requirements and best business practices.
• Lead change management initiatives and foster cross‑functional collaboration for the CEO and executive team.
• Promote continuous improvement across the organisation, ensuring robust information, document management, and security practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Arts; a Master of Business is an advantage.
• Minimum seven years of senior management experience, preferably as head of a division in HR, IT, audit, or administration.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, risk management, and relationship management abilities.
