Program Coordinator

About the role

Digicel Pacific is looking for a Program Coordinator to lead the execution of its Foundation’s Leadership Program and related grant initiatives. The role involves designing new activities, supervising existing programmes, and ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s strategic plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, development and delivery of leadership and wellbeing programmes, including Men of Honour, Community Grants and 3L Staff Grants.
• Manage programme implementation to meet timelines, budgets and intended outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with government, corporate, donor and community stakeholders.
• Oversee monitoring, evaluation and reporting to measure impact and satisfy stakeholder requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to Program Officers and other staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum five years’ experience in a program manager role.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities to coordinate delivery of programme targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting and project‑management skills.
