About the role
The Merchandiser will work in Hagen reporting to the Regional Merchandising Manager – Highlands, creating innovative product displays and supporting trade marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Create innovative displays for CCEP products.
- Practice FIFO and ensure proper product ranging.
- Strategically place POSM.
- Provide support to the Trade Marketing Representative when needed.
Required profile
- Well‑presented, personable and efficient, able to work independently.
- Grade 12 education or certificate in Sales/Customer Service; Grade 10 with merchandising experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
- Current driver’s licence (desirable) and ability to communicate in English and Tok Pisin.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a team and follow instructions.
