Parts Administrator – 12‑Month Contract in Lae

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Parts Administrator to join our high‑performing team in Lae, Papua New Guinea on a 12‑month contract. Working under supervision, you will coordinate documentation and input data for the local Parts team, supporting inventory and freight processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process banking transactions for the account and consolidate freight accounts for payment.
• Handle customer credits, used parts returns, and filing of parts documents.
• Perform other parts administration duties as required, including freight coordination and inventory record keeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Administrator, Parts Interpreter, Storeperson, or a similar inventory‑focused role.
• Background in warehousing, stock control, inventory management, freight coordination, or parts operations.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team while managing competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work across multiple business systems.
