Procurement Officer – PNG (2 positions)

About the role
The Procurement Officer will join the Australia‑PNG Law and Justice Partnership (APLJ) Activity Support Unit to deliver procurement services for program operations, including goods, services and workshop logistics across Papua New Guinea.
Key responsibilities
- Procure general goods and services in line with Australian Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops and events, including occasional domestic travel.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, procurement policies and reporting requirements.
Required profile
- At least three years of end‑to‑end procurement, logistics or events coordination experience in PNG.
- Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a compliance‑driven mindset.
