Supply Chain Projects Lead

About the role

SP Brewery is looking for a results‑driven Supply Chain Projects Lead to identify, evaluate and implement cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives across the supply chain function. The role works closely with supply chain, finance, operations, suppliers and service providers to drive continuous improvement and deliver sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement projects from planning through execution and review.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Utilise TPM and continuous‑improvement methodologies to achieve sustainable performance gains.
• Extract, compile, analyse and report end‑to‑end supply chain cost data.
• Develop cost models and provide analytical support in collaboration with Finance.
• Support safety improvement initiatives and environmental reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting and business insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience.
• At least 3 years in an analytical or data‑focused role working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, transportation and logistics operations.
• Experience leading supply chain, logistics, procurement or production improvement projects.
