Service Training Lead – Cabin Crew

About the role

Air Niugini is looking for a motivated Service Training Lead to design and deliver cabin crew and frontline service training. You will play a key part in the airline’s customer‑experience transformation and help the carrier achieve its 4‑Star Skytrax ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver cabin crew and frontline service training programmes.
• Create engaging training materials, SOP‑based learning content and coaching resources.
• Conduct service‑quality audits and provide on‑the‑job coaching to improve performance.
• Lead onboard product and service trials, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Cabin Operations, Catering, Airports and Marketing to maintain service excellence.
• Support leadership development for Pursers and Cabin Managers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Training & Development, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cabin crew training, service quality, hospitality or frontline leadership.
• Strong presentation, coaching, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in training development, service auditing and proficiency with Microsoft Office; LMS/e‑learning experience is a plus.
