About the role

The Spare Parts & Local Procurement Coordinator ensures the timely delivery and availability of spare parts, materials, and services needed for reliable plant operations, supporting maintenance teams to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and availability of spare parts and materials.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee local procurement activities and control of purchases.
• Support maintenance teams to minimise equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Well‑presented, personable and efficient with the ability to work independently.
• Minimum Grade 12 and a Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Driver’s licence and 2‑3 years experience in engineering stores or a small warehouse.
• Basic computer literacy, excellent English and good planning skills.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP or MSD inventory systems.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and procurement tasks.
