Senior Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced tax professional to lead tax compliance and strategic planning across multiple jurisdictions. The Senior Tax Manager will ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Manage deferred tax calculations, cash tax forecasting, and budget preparation.
• Conduct tax account reconciliations and liaise with local tax authorities on audits and investigations.
• Collaborate with external advisors on corporate tax matters and strategic tax planning.
• Prepare and consolidate quarterly tax packs for multiple markets.
• Supervise and mentor the tax and compliance team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive ad‑hoc tax projects and provide strategic guidance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in taxation and accounting with strong exposure to international tax regulations.
• Proven expertise in tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership experience mentoring and developing junior staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Great Plains (GP).
• Experience with Oracle FCCS.
