Digital Systems Project Support Intern

About the role

The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a motivated Digital Systems Project Support Intern to assist with its Climate FIRST Project in Papua New Guinea. The intern will work on the Nationwide SME Database and other digital platforms that enhance project implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital systems, including the SME Database.
• Assist with data organization, testing, and quality assurance for digital tools.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and information management assets.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, information management systems, and other technology‑enabled solutions.
• Conduct digital research and support knowledge‑management activities.
• Collaborate with the project team and external partners to ensure smooth digital workflow.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with interest in digital transformation and international development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment.
