Executive Engineer – Electrical & Automation

About the role

The Executive Engineer – Electrical & Automation is responsible for managing the electrical and automation aspects of high‑speed manufacturing lines, ensuring reliable power supply, minimal downtime and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor plans and objectives for the electrical & automation team in line with Nestlé Engineering Excellence.
• Lead, coordinate and develop the team’s competencies, motivation and performance.
• Control the electrical & automation component of the site M&I budget and capital projects.
• Ensure line availability, healthiness and optimal performance of high‑speed manufacturing lines.
• Supervise maintenance and project work performed by electricians, automation technicians and contractors.
• Maintain technical integrity of electricity supply, distribution and automation equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise energy usage and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing electrical and automation teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of low, medium and high voltage installations and safety regulations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, quality, safety and engineering stakeholders.
